Can I change the floor plan?
Yes — room layout, windows and finishes can all be adapted. Any changes are priced in your quote.
Who builds my house?
A construction firm from your area that we work with on a permanent basis. You have one contact from enquiry to handover.
How long until I can move in?
That mainly depends on planning permission. You get the timeline for your plot together with your quote.
Are there grants or incentives?
